Since Al-Qaeda was a term coined by the CIA for their operatives in arabic lands then I would assume that your dad lives in washington and makes policy for terrorizing the United States. Bad you. Protect the Contsitution.
the ideal but not-so-practical way would be to make him turn himself in or better yet, defect.
